1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one rbajje account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. rbajje is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player.

4 Deposits & Payments

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on rbajje are final once you have confirmed the bet slip and received a bet confirmation. rbajje does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.

rbajje reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. rbajje will not void bets simply because the outcome was unfavourable to the platform.

For live betting markets, bets are settled based on the official result at the end of the relevant period of play. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, which are published in the rbajje sports betting rules section.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• rbajje may void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Live bets are settled on official results at the end of the relevant period.
• Abandoned events are settled per sport-specific rules.
• Maximum payout per bet is ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• rbajje reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

rbajje offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible markets.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds in your rbajje account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount.

rbajje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and to cancel bonuses that have been obtained through abuse, exploitation of errors, or in breach of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbajje and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one rbajje account.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use rbajje for any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your own account.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation or coordinated multi-accounting.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rbajje staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

rbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals during the suspension period. rbajje will aim to complete any investigation within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to you via the email address registered on your account.

You may also request the closure of your own rbajje account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rbajje platform — including but not limited to the rbajje logo, game graphics, software, text, odds data, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of rbajje or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any rbajje content without our express written permission.

Your rbajje account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, reverse-engineer software, or use rbajje content for any commercial purpose.

11 Privacy & Data
